1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, free from odors, marks, or damage, returned in original packaging with tags attached, and requested within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products, sale or promotional items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. After the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the return status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for size or color issues, subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
